UNIMA Asia-Pacific Committee, Sichuan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and Nanchong Municipal People's Government jointly organized the third Nanchong International Puppet Art Week from July 29 to August 2, 2022 in Nanchong, China, and invited 35 troupes from more than 20 countries in Asia, Europe, the United States, Africa and other continents to participate in the online show. In particular, it aired a special feature on Nepalese traditional puppets, which are on the verge of extinction in the Asia-Pacific region, attracting the attention of the public and lovers on the traditional puppetry.
